Friday October 7^th

• CHECK-IN - Sign-in at the Cubmasters tent to receive your patch.

• 3:00 pm Group Campsites available

• 3-8 pm Arrive, setup personal gear, eat self prepared meal

• 3-5 pm Pack games..Frisbee golf, kick ball, fishing with your kids etc.

• 4:30 pm Pack Assembly - Flag Raising Ceremony - Den Cheer (Scout Uniform)

• 5-7:30 pm Dinner on your own.

• 6:30 pm Pack Assembly - Flag Lowering Ceremony - Den Cheer (Scout Uniform)

• 7:30 pm Camp fire begins

• 8:00 pm Park gate closes

• 8:00 pm Flag Retirement (Scout Uniform)

• 9:30 pm Sing along around Campfire, 1^st call to bed

• 10:00 pm Lights out

Saturday October 8^th

• CHECK-IN - Sign-in at the Cubmasters tent to receive your patch.

• 7-8:30 am Breakfast on your own

• 8:00 am Park gate opens

• 9:00 am Pack Assembly - Flag Raising Ceremony - Den Cheer (Scout Uniform)

• 9:30 am-12:00 pm Pack Wide Activities – Tug-o-War , Sack races and Den lead activities(out of their handbooks) weather permitting!

• 12-1:00 pm Lunch on your own

• 1:00-2:30 pm - Den Time den leaders choice of activities or electives

• 2:30-4:30 pm Family time fishing ,hiking ect.

• 4:45 pm Pack Assembly - Flag Lowering Ceremony - Den Cheer (Scout Uniform)

• 5:00-7:00 pm - Dinner (Pack Sponsored) and Dutch Oven Desert cookoff

• 8:00 pm Park gate closes

• 7:00-9:30 pm -, Campfire- smores, skits, Scary Ghost Stories

• 9:30pm 1^st call to bed

• 10:00 pm -Lights out

  Dinner menu

• BBQ chicken Breasts, Corn on the cob, scalloped potatoes or chips and fruit cocktail or apple

• Desert will be in the form of den Dutch oven deserts which will be ready right after dinner.

• We as a pack are working towards the leave no trace award so please try to reduce the amount of trash.

• Please bring your own Cups, plates, bowls and utensils. The pack will not provide these items to help with this award.

Sunday October 9^th

• 7 - 8:30am Breakfast on own

• 8:00 am Park gate opens

• 8:30 am Flag raising ceremony (Scout Uniform)

• 9:00 - 9:30 am Non-Denominational Sunday Service - Scout's Own

• 9:30 - 11:00 am -Pack gear

• 11:15 am -Leave No Trace - Cleanup campsite.

• 11:30 am - Flag Lowering ceremony (Scout Uniform)

• 12:00 – Campout Closes. Leave in better condition than we found it.
